This is to inform all students that minor changes have been made to the examination schedule. Specifically, the examination time has been adjusted, while all other arrangements remain unchanged.

Please note that there will now be one examination session instead of two sessions.

All students are therefore advised to carefully read the updated examination timetable to confirm the new time for their respective examinations.

NOTICE TO ALL STUDENTS

The Training Department wishes to remind all students that as we approach the End of Semester Examinations, it is important to ensure that your names have been verified for the preparation of Examination Numbers.

All students are kindly requested to review the official list of names that has been posted/provided by the Department.

If you discover that your name does not appear on the list, you are required to immediately contact the Academic Courses Coordinator so that your name can be added and any inconvenience during the examinations can be avoided. This should be done before Monday, 2 March 2026.

TEST TWO TIMETABLE – OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

NOTICE TO ALL STUDENTS

This is to inform all students that Test Two will commence on Monday, 16th February, 2026.

Students are advised to check the Test Two timetable as displayed on the notice boards and official communication platforms for their respective courses, dates, and times.

All students are required to:

• Prepare adequately for the tests
• Adhere strictly to the timetable
• Observe all examination rules and regulations

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL STUDENTS

1. Payment of Fees
All students are required to complete the payment of their tuition fees by 28/02/2026 (the end of this month). Timely completion of fee payment is an important requirement in the preparation for the final examinations.

2. Examination Numbers
The allocation of examination numbers will take place from 02/03/2026 to 06/03/2026. Every student must ensure that they obtain their examination number within the specified period, as it is mandatory for sitting the examinations.

3. Continuous Assessment (CA)
Each student is required to ensure that all Continuous Assessment (CA) requirements are completed. These include Test 1, Test 2, Assignment, Quiz, and Presentation, which must be finalized on or before 13/03/2026.

Note:
Once the Continuous Assessment (CA) results have been collected by the Coordinator, no further changes will be permitted. Therefore, it is important for every student to ensure that all submitted work and information are accurate and complete before the specified deadline in order to avoid any inconvenience.

All students are also required to review the College Prospectus in order to read and understand the examination rules and regulations. Every student is responsible for strictly adhering to these regulations during the examination period. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disciplinary action.
